Our Ayurveda cooking classes: All beginning is easy!

What’s so special about Ayurvedic cuisine? How to successfully prepare all those great dishes? Which herbs and spices are used most and what is their influence? How to find the right diet to improve my health and well-being?

We’ll answer all your questions in our specially designed teaching kitchen. And, together with our experienced Ayurveda chef Jochen Lotz, you’ll be preparing the main Ayurvedic dishes.

You’ll learn and, what is more, experience with all your senses which food is beneficial and can be metabolized completely – so that it’s not just filling, but fully nourishing. This course will give you a perfect start into your own Ayurveda gourmet world!

Transcendental Meditation

You can learn TM in one-on-one instruction from an authorized TM teacher through a seven-level foundation course.

  1. Introductory lecture – overview of the effects
  2. Preparatory lecture – how the TM technique works
  3. Personal conversation with the TM teacher
  4. Personal instruction (about one hour)
  5. Follow-up meetings to consolidate the meditation practice of about two hours each
  6. Follow-up meetings to consolidate the meditation practice of about two hours each
  7. Follow-up meetings to consolidate the meditation practice of about two hours each

Optional follow-up meetings to further consolidate practice and gain further knowledge

TM-basic course fee 1170,00 EUR
Couples learning together (including all children 18 years or younger) 1755,00 EUR

The follow-up seminars as part of the TM basic course are already included in the course fee for four months.
