1. Ayurvedic Physician (BAMS) (m/f/d) Full- or Part-Time Position at the Maharishi Ayurveda Private Clinic in Bad Ems

Would you like to combine your medical expertise with the time and tranquility needed for meaningful interactions? At our private clinic in the heart of Bad Ems, you’ll guide people through their Panchakarma treatment over two to three weeks—without any assembly-line medicine. We welcome applications from both licensed physicians specializing in Ayurveda and classically trained Vaidyas (BAMS). Join our warm and welcoming team!

Your Responsibilities:

Providing medical care to our in-patient Panchakarma guests
Outpatient Ayurvedic consultations—including by phone or Zoom
Developing individualized treatment plans
Medical documentation
One weekly evening lecture

What You Bring to the Table:

In-depth knowledge of classical Ayurveda, particularly Panchakarma
Medical license or a completed BAMS degree
EU citizenship or a valid residence permit in Germany or the EU. We’ll work together to handle the employment formalities; unfortunately, we cannot assist with visa procedures for applicants from non-EU countries.
A passion for working with people who have chronic illnesses, are experiencing exhaustion, or wish to do something beneficial for their body and mind
A solid understanding of the fundamentals of Western medicine
Attention to detail in documentation
Good German language skills or a willingness to improve them
Warmth, clarity, and a genuine interest in people

A German medical license is not required—classically trained Vaidyas are expressly welcome here.

Desirable—but not required:

Knowledge of Maharishi Ayurveda formulations
Experience with Maharishi pulse diagnosis (or a curiosity to learn it)
A passion for digital formats

2. Cleaning Staff (m/f/d) – Part-Time or Mini-Job

Your Responsibilities

Ensuring that daily cleaning tasks run smoothly
Cleaning and maintaining public areas as well as the therapy area (treatment rooms and bathrooms)
Checking and restocking supplies (e.g., towels, hygiene products)
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards
Reporting defects or maintenance needs to the appropriate departments
Responsible use of cleaning supplies and equipment
Conducting inventory checks of cleaning supplies

Professional Requirements

Career changers welcome
Experience in the cleaning field is a plus, but not required
Basic knowledge of the German language
