In this full-body herbal steam bath, the guest comfortably lies on a wooden bench covered with a spacious flexible tent. The head remains outside the tent so it can stay cool.
Inside the steam bath Dosha-balancing herbal essences stream through the perforated bench. The heat dilates the vessels and thereby assists the detoxification of the impurities that have been loosened in the previously applied oil treatment. The damp heat is especially helpful in balancing Vata imbalances.
