More than 80 of the world’s leading Ayurvedic experts will share their insights, research and practical knowledge in the presence of India’s AYUSH Minister of Health, the Honourable Shripad Yesso Naik.
The First International Ayurveda Congress, held in 2015 in The Netherlands, was a great success in supporting the introduction of Ayurveda in global healthcare.
The 2017 Congress will build on this success with the presence of about 500 delegates, including many government leaders, top experts in Ayurveda from India and other countries, and scientists with new findings on the efficacy of Ayurveda.
One unique feature of this year’s Congress will be a focus on the integration of consciousness-based Ayurvedic modalities in healthcare, and an exploration of the application of mind-body integration techniques.
INTERNATIONAL SPEEKERS
Tony Nader, MD, PhD
Dr Nader received his MD degree from the American University of Beirut. His PhD is in the area of Brain and Cognitive Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Dr Nader completed post-doctoral work as a Clinical and Research Fellow in Neurology at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
